Agreement for Terms and Conditions
This Site is owned by China Absolute Tours International Inc. Accessing and using the Site or downloading materials from the Site indicates that you have read and understood all of the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in China.
This site and its tour services are available to people who lawfully enter into this site. The minimum age of booking a service from this site is 18 years old.
Non-commercial Use & Information and Copyrights
You may only use this website for personal use. You are not allowed to access, use or copy any information or material on the website for any commercial purpose or for any unlawful purposes. Sublime China reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its trips, and to use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
Variation of Terms and Conditions
These terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. Sublime China reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this site. Please re-read these terms and conditions even if you have previously used this site.
If you purchase any China Tour service, the terms and conditions shall constitute the entire understanding between you and Sublime China relating to your China Tour .
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
We understand that some of you may have to cancel your trip to China for certain reason. Therefore if you wish to cancel your booking with us, we need to receive your request in written form, and all vouchers or tickets returned to us. However, not all bookings can be cancelled and cancellation fee will be added. Please refer to the following cancellation policy.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows unless otherwise stated.

**Only applicable to groups less than 10 people. For groups over 10 people will have to be discussed and agreed case by case.
**If the cancellation of one member in your tour group causes the change of tour class, you will have to pay more. For example, your tour price is applicable for group of 2. When one cancels the trip and you will have to pay more for the increased prices of private car, tour guide, etc.
Alteration of Itinerary
－If you change your itinerary
Alternations to your itinerary before confirmation are processed free of charge. We always intend to provide the best tour possible for you. If you want to change some details of your itinerary such as adding scenic spots, revising your daily schedule or changing to a new hotel after confirmation, we will do our best to help after we check the possibility and availability. Since accommodation is reserved several weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee all your requests can be satisfied.
－If we change your itinerary
If events that are out of our control happen, such as war, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions…etc, we have to change your itinerary. You will have to pay the extra cost if there is any price difference.
Sublime China reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if air schedule or land transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alteration necessary.
－Deposit & Final payment
1. A deposit equal to 10% of total tour cost is required at the time a reservation is confirmed unless otherwise stated.
2. The full or final payment is required 30 days before departure for your China tour.
3. When tour is booked within 30 days before departure for your China tour, full payment is required
－Methods of Payment

Payment by bank wire transfer will be received in 2-4 days. Please kindly send us the bank slip by fax or scan it and send by email after you make the payment. Our fax number is 0086 571 85279099. Once your payment is received, your bookings will be secured.
PayPal is the preferred way to send secure payments to Sublime China. You can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards to checkout your payment easily and fast. Our PayPal account firstname.lastname@example.org. Please click the button “Buy Now” and input your credit card and personal information required by PayPal. PayPal will inform us after your payment is done successfully. Payment by PayPal can be received immediately.
3. Western Union
Western Union is quite an easy and reliable way to make payments. It has over 437,000 Agents locations in more than 200 countries and territories. All you need to do is to find the nearest agent in your area. Or you can visit www.westernunion.com to pay online. Western Union also charges a small fee and payment can be received immediately. In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

All clients must be in possession of a valid passport which must have at least six months of remaining validity and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation in hand is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel agent may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Sublime China is not reliable for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation.
As Tibet has unique geography, climate, religion and traffic considerations, it has not been fully open to foreign travelers. Travelers must obtain a Tibet Travel Permit before travelling to Tibetan areas.
Travelers must obtain Tibet Travel Permit before buying plane or train tickets. Our travel expert will arrange an itinerary for you and assist you to get such permit.
All kinds of people can get Tibet Travel Permit from our travel service except diplomats, journalists and government officials. These people should travel to Tibet under the arrangement by the Foreign Affairs Office of Tibet local government.
There are lots of international travel risks while traveling. Travelers should be familiar with the applicable health requirements to the areas they intend to visit. It is your solely responsibility to check the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Altitude sickness may develop in travelers who ascend rapidly to altitudes greater than 2500 m. When you travel to Tibet or parts of Sichuan and Yunnan Province of China, make sure your blood pressure and heart condition is normal. A doctor’s certificate is required if you will go to Tibet.
Complaints and Claims
If you have a complaint about the service provided by Sublime China when you are on the tour, please contact your travel consultant. We will investigate and offer solutions immediately and prevent the possible similar problems happening again during your trip.
If you wish to claim for compensation, please send a letter by email or fax within 15 days from the end of your tour to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. Sublime China will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
When you travel in China with us, we offer a complementary travel insurance program which is known as Travel Agencies’ Liability Insurance, a policy regulated by the China National Tourism Administration. But we strongly recommend you purchase necessary travel insurance for overseas trip in your home country before departure in addition to what we can offer here.
Our Responsibility & Liability
The responsibility of Sublime China’s agents, parent company and affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting a good range of services, including guide service, ground transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours.
To the extent that we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent and not as an agent for the airline and/or cruise companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
Sublime China will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment from you. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
Sublime China reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the other tour participants, or to cancel a tour at any time. We will refund any unused fund to tour participants. Sublime China reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure.
Sublime China shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, fire hazard, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond our control. Neither Sublime China nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
Sublime China shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Sublime China.
Sublime China is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations. Sublime China is not responsible for the theft or lost of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customers.
