Welcome to day 1 of your multi-city China tour, today we start off easing you in upon arrival.
When you land, our English-speaking tour guide and driver will greet you with a pick-up sign with your name on it. They will meet with you at the Arrival Hall of Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
From here you will be transferred to your hotel downtown.
We know you may feel tired from the flight, so you can have the rest of the day to do as you wish until day 2. You will stay in Shanghai for 2 nights.
After breakfast, we will start our full-day tour and explore the hustle and bustle of the city metropolis.
First, your multi-city China tour guide will take you for a stroll around to see Shanghai's iconic view of The Bund.
The Bund is a famous waterfront with a dazzling skyline. It's a backdrop of over 52 various buildings, featuring incredible and different architectural styles.
From here we visit the famous Yu Garden, it's the most famous private garden in Shanghai built in 1559 A.D. It's often revered as being the “Stunning Pearl” of Shanghai.
After appreciating the Yu Garden, your multi-city China tour guide will take you for a pleasant stroll around the Old Town of Shanghai.
The old city core is lined with stores and restaurants, it's a classic favorite among tourists who crave a taste of old Shanghai and is also the area in the city with the most temples -- rich with ancient culture.
Lunch will be served with dim sum food at the famous Lvbolang Restaurant.
In the afternoon, your multi-city China tour guide will take you to visit the famous Shanghai Museum, one of the top 3 museums in China, featuring large collections of bronze articles.
We then make our way to the famous Nanjing Road which is considered to the most popular pedestrian street in Shanghai.
During the trip along Nanjing Road, you will visit the silk store.
Dinner will be with served with a local Chinese meal.
For tonight's agenda, you will take a leisurely cruise along Huangpu River and enjoy the stunning night view of the city.

Welcome to day 3 of your multi-city China tour. In the morning, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to the airport for a morning flight to Chengdu.
Once there, you will be picked up and escorted to have lunch.
In the afternoon, your multi-city China tour guide will take you to see the best of Chengdu. On the service Chengdu may not appear to be a popular tourist destination, it's not as endowed with natural landscapes as neighboring cities, however, the city culture is what makes it so popular.
Chengdu has consistently been named the happiest city in China year after year and today's tour will show you exactly why.
We kick off the afternoon by visiting the Temple of Marquis Wu which was built to commemorate the famous King Liu Bei and Minister Zhu Geliang of Three Kingdoms Period.
It is also the largest museum of the historical relics of Three Kingdoms Period in China. Then we visit Jinli Ancient Town which actually is an ancient street with a total length of 550 meters. It features the traditional former residence of Ming and Qing dynasties.
After the tour, we drive you to your hotel.
Welcome to day 4 of your multi-city China tour. Today starts after breakfast, you will be escorted to see the lovely Giant Pandas. They are viewed as a national treasure and travelers from all over the world visit them in China's well-known Panda Research Center and Base.
We'll learn about the Giant Panda and what China is doing to preserve the species. You'll also be able to take pictures as well. From there we drive back downtown for lunch (Chinese meal).
In the afternoon we visit the famous Wenshu Temple, one of the most famous Buddhist Temples in Sichuan Province which features four typical architecture styles of West of Sichuan Province.
It’s a spot that beams cultural heritage, gardens, and ancient buildings, religious studying, and more.
Walk around the close-by Wenshufang Region where you can find local authentic Sichuan food, antique stores, do some shopping, sightseeing etc.
Afterwards, we take a relaxing stroll at the Kuan Zhai Xiangzi (Wide and Narrow Alleys), the trendiest neighborhood in Chengdu, featuring a myriad of ancient architectural sites, eateries, cafes, and shops.

Welcome to day 5 of your multi-city China tour, this morning you will be transferred (150km around 2.5 h) to Leshan to visit the famous Giant Buddha.
The Giant Buddha took around 90 years to complete during the Tang Dynasty. With a total height of 71 m (233ft), it is considered as the largest and tallest Buddha statue in the world.
Your multi-city China tour guide will then take you to climb up the Buddha from the feet to the top -- its sheer size is surreal.
After the tour, you will take a leisure cruise on Mianjiang River where you get to see the panoramic view of the Giant Buddha.
Lunch will be served with a Chinese meal during the tour.
In the afternoon you will be transferred to one of top 4 Buddhist Mountains in China and world cultural heritage, Emeishan Mountain.
Upon arrival, you will visit the famous Baoguo Temple which is nestled at the feet of Emeishan Mountain.
You will stay overnight at Emeishan Mountain.
Welcome to day 6 of your multi-city China tour, this morning we escort you to Huangwan Bus Station and interchange the sightseeing bus to Leidongping Parking Lot.
You can walk half an hour to Jieying Hall where you can take the cable car up to the Golden Summit (3077m). You will have the chance to see the cloud sea (depending on the weather).
After touring the site, return back to Leidongping Park Lot and take the sightseeing bus to Wannian Tempe parking lot.
You can take the cable car up to the No.1 Temple, Wannian Temple which is considered to be the first temple and largest temple on Emeishan Mountain. Better yet, you'll get to see the treasure of Emeishan Mountain, the 62 ton Puxian Buddha with its elephant Statue.
From here we continue on to visit Qingyin Pavilion, where you can listen to the poetry of water.
After that, you will walk through the pathway and see the wild monkeys.
Lunch will be served with a local Chinese meal during the tour.
After the tour, we drive back to Chengdu.
Today after breakfast, we drive to the airport to catch the morning flight to the ancient legendary city, Xi’an.
Once there, we make our first stop at the famous Yangling Mausoleum of Han Dynasty where you can see the unique colorful terracotta figures and animals.
It’s quite different in style when compared to the Qin Dynasty.
From here we visit the famous Bell and Drum Tower Square, here is where you can see two ancient buildings which were used to tell the official daily time.
Followed by the Former Residence of Family Gao which is famous for its well-preserved historical residence and courtyard. Better yet, you will also get to enjoy a traditional puppet show here.
After the tour, we drive and check-in at your hotel in the downtown and stay overnight at Xi’an.
After breakfast, you will start your full-day tour in the ancient city. First, we visit the well-known Terracotta Warriors and Horses.
The Terra Cotta Army was created to guard Emperor Qin Shihuang's tomb and to protect him in the afterlife.
It is estimated that there are over 7,000 life-size Terracotta figures and horses buried here.
You will also visit the Ceramic Factory where you can learn about the Terracotta Warriors and how they were made in the ancient time.
Lunch will be served with a local Chinese meal.
This afternoon you will visit the landmark of the city-Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Built in the Tang Dynasty, the square pyramid stands at 60 meters high and seven-stories tall.
It was built to restore the Buddhist scriptures brought by the famous Monk Xuanzang. The story had been rewritten into a famous classic novel.
After that we visit the Grand Mosque, it was initially constructed in 742 A.D. It is a time-honored and large-scale architectural complex, which shows the interpenetration between Islamic belief and Chinese culture.
We then make our way around the famous Muslin Quarters where you can taste a sample of the mouthwatering local flavors.
This evening, we enjoy a special Xi’an Cuisine Dinner in a nice local restaurant followed by an elaborate Tang Dynasty Show recalling the days when Xi’an was the largest city in the world.
Welcome to day 9 of your multi-city China tour, this morning we continue on to visit the Shaanxi History Museum -- the first modern museum in China.
You can even see the exquisite bronze collection of ancient China and the precious fresco of Tang Dynasty.
We'll tour the exquisite Xi’an History Museum for its wonderful collection of relic items spanning almost 3000 years.
Then we visit the Ancient City Wall, built during the Ming Dynasty with over 600 years history, it is the largest and best-preserved ancient city wall in China -- a classic and must-see.
Lunch will be served at a local hotspot.
After the trip, we escort you to the railway station where we'll catch the speed bulletin train to the ancient capital city Luoyang.
Upon arrival, you'll be picked up and transferred to your hotel and stay overnight at Luoyang.
This is day 10 of your multi-city China tour and it starts in the morning, after enjoying the breakfast, we drive to explore the breathtaking architectural sites in Buddhism.
First, we visit the famous White Horse Temple, which was considered to be the first Buddhist temple in China.
The temple was originally built in East Han Dynasty. Most of the relics and buildings existed were built during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties.
From here we drive to explore the highlights of Luoyang, the well-known world cultural heritage site, Longmen Grottoes.
It is one of the largest grottoes in China and is equally famous with Mogao Grottoes, Yungang Grottoes, and Maijishan Grottoes.
There are 2345 caves and niches, 2800 inscriptions, 43 pagodas, and over 100,000 Buddhist images at the site.
30% of the caves date from the Northern Wei Dynasty, 60% from the Tang Dynasty, and caves from other periods less than 10%.
It is the most impressive collection of Chinese art from these dynasties.
Lunch will be served with a local Chinese meal during the tour.
After the tour, we transfer to the railway station for the afternoon bulletin train (around 4 hours) to the capital city, Beijing.
Our local guide will pick you up at the railway station and transfer you to the hotel.
You will stay at Beijing for 3 nights.
Welcome to day 11 of your epic multi-city China tour, today we start after breakfast for a full day tour in the ancient city.
First, we visit Tiananmen Square-the largest square in the city center in the world and The Forbidden City which is the largest ancient wooden – structure construction group existing in the world at present.
After that, we visit the famous Jinshan Park, where you can get a great panoramic view of the whole palace.
Lunch will be arranged with a local Chinese meal.
This afternoon, we continue to visit the largest imperial garden, The Summer Palace, which was built in late Qing Dynasty as the summer resort for the Empress Dowager Cixi.
Here is where we can enjoy the fascinating landscape of the park. You will also take a leisurely boating trip where we can appreciate the lake view.
After the tour, we drive back downtown. During the drive, we will make a stop and visit the local freshwater pearl store.
Tonight, we arrange the welcome dinner with Peking Roasted Duck Dinner at the famous Quanjude Restaurant.
After dinner, you will enjoy the fantastic Legend of Kung Fu Performance (Row 1-4).
Hailed as the best night show for families, the Legend of Kung Fu Performance showcases an entertaining story of how a young kid grows up to become a Kungfu Master.
It's a thrilling concoction of martial arts, acrobatics, and dance.
After the show, we drive back to the hotel.
It's day 12 of your multi-city China tour, this morning, you will be escorted to the world-famous Great Wall (Mutianyu Section), trumpeted as being one of the 8 wonders in the world as well as being a World Cultural Heritage Site.
This section highlights the Great Wall. You can climb up to the Great Wall or take a cable car down (cable car charge on your own,80 RMB per person, single way) depending on your physical condition.
Lunch will be served with a local Chinese meal.
This afternoon, we drive to visit Changling Tomb, the largest tomb of the 13 Ming Tombs which was built for the emperors in Ming Dynasty.
It is a good way to know the architecture and culture of mausoleum in ancient China. You will also visit the famous Sacred Way, lined with stone animal and human statues, which is considered to protect the emperor in his afterlife.
On the way back to the hotel, you will pass by the new landmarks of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Bird Nest and Water Cube (outside only) where you can take photos.
Welcome to day 13 of your multi-city China tour, this morning you will visit the ancient Drum Tower. It was once used to tell the official time in ancient China.
You will have also have the chance to watch the traditional drum striking performance there as well (depending on the scenic spot.)
From here we make our way to the Temple of Heaven in the early morning and observe Beijing residents doing traditional Taichi and other exercises.
We make our way to appreciate the beautiful Hall of Prayers, an ornate structure made out of wood without using a single nail or adhesive.
We then explore the pedicab for some of Beijing's iconic Hutongs (alleyways) and the traditional Siheyuan courtyards.
Lunch will be served with a local Chinese meal. During the drive, you will visit the local tea store where you can enjoy a traditional Chinese tea ceremony.
After the trip, we transfer you to the airport for your homeward flight, ending your memorable multi-city China tour.
