After a satisfying breakfast, you will be driven by Sublime China’s expert guide to the Mausoleum of the first Qin Emperor to witness the magnificent and detailed craftwork of the life-sized Terracotta Warriors and Horses.
With an estimated 8000 soldiers, 130 chariots with 520 horses, and 150 cavalry horses standing with all their might, the Terracotta Army is astounding to behold. The army was buried with the Emperor as funerary art as it was believed to protect him in his afterlife.
Your Xi'an tour guide will then take you on a short stopover for lunch; allowing you to treat your taste buds with some authentic Chinese cuisine.
After lunch, you will be driven to the largest and best preserved Ancient City Walls, followed by a visit to the Bell Tower (built in 1384) and Drum Tower (built in 1380), standing tall over the city of Xi’an.
A short walk through Muslim Street, hub of the Muslim community in Xi’an, will give you a chance to snack on some delicious local food, unique to Xi’an.
Next, you will visit the Gao Family Mansion built in the renowned Ming Dynasty. With a history of over 400 years, the Gao residence is one of the best-persevered traditional and authentic mansions in Xian. The guide with lead you to the courtyard where you can enjoy the traditional shadow puppet show.
Following dinner and to wrap up your day, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of traditional dancing and singing in a mesmerizing Tang Dynasty Show arranged by Sublime China.

You will start your day by visiting the first modern museum in China, the Shaanxi History Museum. A must-see, this museum houses over 370,000 precious relics including murals, paintings, pottery, coins, and bronze, gold, and silver artifacts.
Next, you will get a chance to admire, up close, the Chinese architecture and the historic Buddhist statues, murals, and scriptures brought in from India by the famous Monk Xuanzang, at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, built in 652 AD.
After lunch, you head off to your final stop before departure – the Hanyangling Museum. The museum houses the royal tombs from the Han Dynasty, as well as their officials, dynastic clan members, and commoners.
After your wonderful Xi’an tour, your guide will accompany you to the airport by car or train for your departure home.
