Day 1 Guiyang-Arrival

Welcome to Guizhou, the home to Dong and Miao minority people and the destinations for mountain tourism. Located at the southwest of China, Guizhou connects with Sichuan, Hunan, Yunnan, and Guangxi. It is the transportation hub in the Southwest of China. In the 4 days trip, you will enjoy the fascinating Huangguoshu Waterfall, fantastic karst landform in Longgong Cave, tour the world-famous Xijiang Miao Minority Village and experience the distinct culture of Miao Minority people.
Upon your arrival, you will be picked up by our local guide at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day, free and relax at the hotel.
Day 2 Guiyang-Huangguoshu Waterfall-Longgong Cave-Guiyang

Today, you will discover the beauty of wild nature in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is one of the most famous waterfalls in the world which belongs to the typical karst waterfall. With the height of 77.8 m and the width of 101 m, it is the largest waterfall in China. It’s said that the waterfall has a history over 50,000 years which is considered to be the results of longtime river erosion. You will be amazed by the power of nature which shapes such a beautiful scenery. After that, drive to the close-by fantastic karst cave-Longgong Cave.
It covers a total area of 60 sq.km and divided into Dragon Palace, Xuantang, Rape Lake and Fairy Valley. You will see the underground rivers, karst caves, valleys, waterfall, stone forest etc. The cave is considered as a “wonder of Nature” by tourists. After the tour, drive back to the hotel.
Day 3 Guiyang-Kaili-Xijiang Miao Minority Village-Kaili

This morning, you will take the high-speed bulletin train from Guiyang to Kaili (around 40 minutes). Once there, be picked up and transferred to the visit the well-preserved Xijiang Miao Minority Village. It consists of a dozen Miao minority villages, which are built on the surrounding hills. It encompasses the largest Miao village in the world. By the way, the hand-made silver craft and traditional Miao costumes are very unique as well. After the tour, drive back to the hotel.
Day 4 Kaili-Guiyag-departure.

Today you will visit Wang Ba Ge Jia Village. The Ge people are not officially recognized as a national minority group, but as a sub-group of the Miao people. This is primarily because they speak the same language as the Miao people called Hmongic language, with a slight variation. With their unique customs and traditional practices, they consider themselves as a distinct ethnic group. The total population is reported to be over 125,000. After that, you will visit Kaili Ethnic Minority Museum to get further information about the ethnic groups in Guizhou Province.
Afterward, drive to the railway station for the bullet train back to Guiyang. Once there, be picked up and transfer to the airport for the departure flight. End your pleasant trip to Guizhou.
