Your top 5 city tour of China starts upon arrival when our English-speaking tour guide and driver will greet you at the Arrival Hall of Beijing International Airport. From here we'll escort you to your very own hotel in the heart of downtown of Beijing, feel free to ask as many questions as you want. When we drop you off safely at your hotel, we give you time to rest and recoup, the day is yours for you to explore freely until we trek into Day 2.

Ready to take on capital city? Spend a full day exploring the ancient capital city of Beijing. First stop will be at Tiananmen Square, the largest city center square in the world. The square features the famous Monument to the People's Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, the National Museum of China, and the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong. Mao Zedong proclaimed the founding of the People's Republic of China in the square on October 1, 1949. From here we walk to visit the magnificent Forbidden City which was the imperial palace for the 24 emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties. As the masterpiece of ancient palace architectures, it has one of the largest ancient wooden–structure construction groups in the world. We then pass through the back gate of the Forbidden City and climb the summit of Jingshan Park where you can get a great panoramic view of the whole palace -- an Instagrammer's dream come true.

The city tour then stops for lunch.

Moving into the afternoon, the city tour visits the largest imperial garden, the Summer Palace, which was built in late Qing Dynasty as the summer resort for the Empress Dowager Cixi. You can enjoy the fascinating landscape, a special slice of Asian heaven on earth -- matchless.

In the evening, we arrange for a treat, a local specialty Peking Roasted Duck Dinner at the famous Quanjude Restaurant.

The Great Wall is a must-see site in Beijing. It's trumpeted as one of the 8 wonders of the world, it winds through the north of China, thousands of miles from East to West. With a history over 2000 years, the Great Wall was the most important military defending facility in ancient China. It was built mainly to protect the Han people from the northern nomads coming from Eurasia. The majority of modern day Great Wall was built during the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644).

From here this Sublime China tour exhibits the highlights of the Ming Great Wall, Mutianyu Great Wall, 7 to 8.5 meters high, its top is 4 to 5 meters wide. It's not as popular as the Badaling Great Wall, but, it possesses unique watchtowers and that stretch out yonder. You can either climb up the great wall or take a leisurely cable car (expense on your own) up and down the Great Wall -- experience is everything.

The city tour spends a couple of hours here and we enjoy its fascinating picturesque-landscapes until lunch time. Of course, we're having classic Chinese for lunch, an unforgettable meal had at the base of the Great Wall.

In the afternoon, we drive to visit Changling Tomb, the largest and earliest tomb among all the 13 Ming Tombs. This was built for the third emperor of the Ming Dynasty. It is a good way to know the architecture and culture of the mausoleum in the ancient China.
During our afternoon tour, we look forward to visiting a jade store, on the way back to the hotel. Along the way, we'll get to see the new contemporary landmarks of Beijing, it's late 2008 Olympic Games footprints, the Bird Nest and Water Cube -- radiant.

Day 4 Beijing-Xi'an tour by bulletin train

After breakfast, we drive to visit the famous Houhai Park where the local people do traditional morning exercises every day -- the good local life. We then drive to visit the famous Temple of Heaven, an iconic spiritual landmark of Beijing which was used to pray for good harvest and hold the Heaven Worshiping Ceremony by the emperors in Ming and Qing dynasty. Thereafter we take a leisurely rickshaw tour in Beijing Hutong. You will have the chance to see the original residence of the local people and experience what it's like to live among them. Lunch is served.
After lunch, the city tour will drift over to the railway station, and take the bullet train -- the fastest train in China. It takes about 5.5 hours on the way, you have a lot of time to plan or take a relaxing nap. You can enjoy the landscapes on the way to the ancient city Xi’an. Upon arrival, we'll get picked up and transferred to your hotel. You will stay at Xi’an for 2 nights.

Day 5 Xi'an Tour

After breakfast, we spend a full day tour of the ancient city. First, we visit the well-known Terracotta Warriors and Horses. The Terracotta Army was created to guard Emperor Qin Shihuang's tomb and to protect him in the afterlife, an iconic piece of funerary art famous in China. It is estimated that there are over 7,000 life-size Terracotta figures and horses buried here. You will also visit the Ceramic Factory and get to know how the Terracottas are made until lunch is served.

Lunch features an authentic Xi’an cuisine at True Love No.1 Chang’an Restaurant.
After lunch we visit the landmark of the city-Big Wild Goose Pagoda. It's built in the Tang Dynasty, the square pyramid stands at 60 meters high and seven stories tall. It was built to restore the Buddhist scriptures brought by the famous Monk Xuanzang. The story had been rewritten to a famous classic novel, <The Journey to West>. The city tour then heads down to visit the Square of Bell and Drum Tower where you can see the well-preserved ancient Bell and Drum Tower of the Ming Dynasty (Outside visiting only), then strolling towards the famous Muslim Quarters where you can taste the local delicious snacks.

Day 6 Xi'an-Guilin Tour by air

Today, we take you to visit the well-known Shaanxi History Museum, one of the most famous museums in China. Here is where you can get to know more about history and culture about China and Shaanxi. The Ancient City Wall was built in Ming Dynasty with a history over 600 years. It is arguably the largest and best-preserved city wall in China. The city tour will take a cycling tour on the massive city wall -- unforgettable.

After touring the Ancient City Wall, it's time for lunch where we eat classic Chinese.

When lunch is finished, we look to the airport and visit the famous Han Yang Mausoleum before boarding the flight to the fairyland city Guilin. Han Yang Mausoleum was discovered while building Xi’an Airport. You can see a large number of precious Terra-cottar articles there. After the flight on arrival, our ride picks us up and drives us to the hotel in Guilin.

Day 7 Guilin-Yangshuo-Guilin

Today's city tour starts off with a leisurely Li River Cruise, showcasing you the fascinating landscapes. It is a 4-hour cruise along the picturesque Li River embraced by numerous Karst hills. Lunch is served on board before arriving at Yangshuo, a small town set in the lush rice paddies and surrounded by meandering rivers and limestone peaks.
Lunch will be served buffet style on board.
Once there, you will take a cycling tour on the countryside of Yangshuo and enjoy the fascinating view (1 hour). Thereafter we stroll on Yangshuo West Street where you can buy souvenirs for your family or friends. After the tour, you will be driven back to Guilin.

Day 8 Guilin-Hangzhou by air

After breakfast, you will spend a full day exploring the fairyland city. First, we will visit the landmark of Guilin-Elephant Trunk Hill. Elevated at 200m, Elephant Truck Hill rises 55m above water surface and measures 108m in length and 100m in width. Then we visit the famous Fubo Hill located at the bank of Li River. It is one of the Top 3 attractions in Guilin and a must-view. The city tour then serves out lunch.
After lunch, we visit the karst land form-Reed Flute Cave, it is a natural limestone cave with multicolored lighting -- stunning.  Reed Flute Cave has been one of Guilin’s most fetching attractions for over 1200 years, a true gem. In-between stops, we stop to visit the local freshwater pearl store, where you can check out the lovely pearls and perhaps bring one home with you.
After the tour, we trek over to the airport for our flight to the “City on Heaven”, Hangzhou where our rides await and head to our hotel.

After breakfast, we will spend a full day to explore the fascinating views of the “City of Heaven”. First, a stroll along the famous Bai Causeway, one of the top 3 causeways on the West Lake. Then visit the famous Quyuanfenghe Lotus Park which is actually a lovely pond connected with West Lake, it's known for the beautiful large areas of green lotus. We then continue on to take a leisurely cruise on West Lake and enjoy the picturesque lake view. Lunch of authentic Hangzhou cuisine will be served at the lake-side Weizhuang Restaurant.
Today we start the city tour with a visit to the well-known Lingyin Temple, also known as Template of the Soul's Retreat. It was originally built in 326 A.D. in East Jin Dynasty.  It is one of the largest and richest Buddhist temples in China. From here we visit the Fling Peak, it is famous for the hundreds of Buddhist sculptures and natural caves -- a holy gravity that you have to feel to believe. We then continue on to visit the famous Longjing Tea Plantation in Meijiawu Village where the best green tea in China are planted. Tea was founded by the Chinese and this is a special place for all tea lovers. The last stop of the day is the Huqingyutang Chinese Medicine Museum. The city tour will take you across the busy Hefang Street to the museum where you can learn more about traditional Chinese Medicine.

West Lake

Day 10 Hangzhou-Wuzhen-Suzhou Tour

Today say “Goodbye to Hangzhou” and drive to visit the famous water town Wuzhen, it features the ancient stone bridges, flagging streets, well-preserved Qing Dynasty style residences, water chambers, and traditional Chinese lifestyle. It is considered as one of the top 6 Water Towns in South of Yangtze River. Upon arrival, Sublime China will take you to see a traditional dying Workshop along with a Wine Workshop, Chinese Old Bed Museum, China Traditional Folkways Museum, Puppet Show in the Old Theater. Day 11 Suzhou-Shanghai Tour

After breakfast, you spend a full day exploring the “City of Waterways and Gardens”, Suzhou. Firstly visit Humble Administrator’s Garden which was originally built in 1509 during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), it is listed as one of the top 4 gardens in China and was initially a private garden of a former government official. Water is the major theme of the garden and its scenery includes small forests, hills and rock formations, man-made pavilions, halls and parlors. We then visit Panmen Gate, which is the only gate for both the land and water. Standing on the gate, you will see the famous Grand Canal -- stunning. After witnessing the view, we're sure you'll want to fill up your empty stomach. Lunch is served.

After lunch in the afternoon, we're set to visit the unique Suzhou Museum which was designed with the style of private garden in Suzhou. In the museum, you will see the Chinese Paintings, traditional furniture, ceramic articles of Ming and Qing dynasties and local handicrafts. We then visit the No.1 Silk Factory and get to know how the silk has been produced in the ancient time. Continuing on we visit the ancient historic street, Shantang Historical Street. The section features the stone flagging road, well-preserved typical residents, slim lanes and river. From here the city tour ends, we head over to the our hotel in Shanghai.

After breakfast, your Shanghai city tour starts off with a full day tour to explore the metropolis.
